    *these are prices including refurbishment

    1. Surface Damage: Alloys with severe damage may not be restorable to their previous condition although are likely to be improved. Damage removal therefore does not 100% guarantee it will be exactly a like for like with manufacturers standard. Standard damage removal includes the removal of light kerb damage any further dents or chunks missing out of the metal may require further work which will incur further costs.
    2. Corrosion: Surface level corrosion on alloy wheels is the start of the rusting process. Corrosion can not always be guaranteed to be removed. Whilst we use protective lacquer to prevent any air escaping, some corrosion may be left on the wheel and visible after painting. The appearance of the wheel will still be very much improved, however, removal of all corrosion is not always possible, any visible corrosion post-refurbishment is not the liability of PCS.
    3. TPMS: TPMS sensors can occasionally be damaged in the process of tyre removal and refit. In these instances, whilst PCS technicians take the best care they can, PCS will not hold liability for damage tyre pressure monitor sensors. TPMS valves are often made of metal, which means they corrode very easily. Some TPMS valves are corroded to the point that they are not removable, meaning to continue with the refurbishment our technicians will need to cut the valves off. These are replicable at an additional cost, the valves are necessary for TPMS refit. please note, that PCS are not liable for the TPMS valve and are not liable to replace the valve. Customers are advised of any corroded TPMS valves and authority is sought to continue before commencing to remove the valve. For more information on this visit our blog.
    4. Tyre damage: tyres can be damaged when removed for the purposes of refurbishment. Although this is very rare and our technicians take the best care they can. Bulges in tyres or tears in tyres can result from the repeated removal and refit of tyres. PCS are not liable for any damage to tyres during the process of the alloy wheel refurbishment.
    5. Lug nut and bolt damage: Due to the removal and refit of wheels’ bolts are often removed frequently, each time a bolt is removed the bolt can be damaged. PCS do not take any liability for damage to bolts or wheel hubs. PCA are not responsible for the replacement of wheel bolts that have excessive wear. Customers are usually advised where their bolts are damaged and need replacement, in these instances there is an additional charge to replace bolts.
    6. Diamond Cut: Diamond cut wheels often have a limit to the amount of times refurbishment can occur. This is related to the depth of the alloy face. Customers are advised whether or not a diamond cut refurbishment is possible and whether or not the finish will be of high quality. Any quality issues with the finish of these wheels, where customers have been advised that diamond cut is not appropriate, is not the responsibility of PCS.
    7. Locking Wheel Nut: Locking wheel nuts can easily be damaged in the process of rmoval and refit of wheels. Where a technician at PCS is directly responsible for damage to the locking wheel nut, PCS will replace free of charge. However, where there is excessive wear from previous use, PCS is not held liable to replace or prevent damage to the locking wheel nuts. Where locking wheel nuts need replacement due to prior excessive wear, PCS can provide a removal service at an extra charge.
    8. Warranty: We provide 12 months warranty on one wheel colour alloy refurbishment and 3 months warranty on diamond cut wheel refurbishments. This refers to any paint flaking or lacquer peel etc, but does not cover any damage whatsoever.
